SCOPE
When you use this Internet site, you and any organization you represent, (hereinafter called "the user") agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter called "agreement") specified by Backcheck, Inc. (hereinafter called "Backcheck").
DURATION
This agreement starts when the user first accesses the site, and continues until either party terminates the agreement. The user can terminate the agreement by discontinuing access to this site and by destroying all paper, computer and disk copies of materials obtained from accessing the site. Backcheck can terminate this agreement by sending the user notification to stop using the site via e-mail, telephone, fax or mail, or verbally.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE USER'S E-MAIL ADDRESS
When the user sends us an email, Backcheck will use the email
address to respond to any questions, or to send information related
to the pages the visited or to materials requested. Backcheck does not share
or resell the user's e-mail address to third parties without first
asking the user's permission to do so.
Backcheck receives information on the sources of hits to the site. However,
the level of detail only relates to the type and geographic location of
people visting our site, e.g. ".org", ".com" or ".ca". Backcheck also obtains
information on the search engines used. Neither gives Backcheck access to the user's
e-mail address, unless the user specifically provide Backcheck with the address.
COPYRIGHT NOTIFICATION
All materials in this site are the copyrighted property of Backcheck,
its affiliated companies or licensors. The site may also contain trademarks
owned by others. The user can download or print material from this site
for the user's own personal non-commercial use. However, the user must
not remove any copyright or proprietory notices on any of the information
received. The user must not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit,
distribute or publicly display material obtained from this site without
the express written permission of Backcheck.

The user may not include a URL to any page on this site, without the
express written permission of Backcheck.

warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest
extent permissible pursuant to applicable laws, Backcheck disclaims all
warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Backcheck does not warrant or represent that the information is accurate
or reliable or that the site will be free of errors or viruses.
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will
Backcheck be liable for special or consequential damages that result from
the use or inability to use the materials in this site. In no event

Backcheck may provided links and pointers to Internet Sites Maintained by
Third Parties and may from time to time provide third party materials
on this site. Neither Backcheck, nor its affliates operate or control or
can be held responsible for the information, products or services on such

BULLETIN BOARDS
This site may include bulletin boards and chat rooms ("Bulletin Boards")
which allow feed-back to Backcheck and real-time interaction between users.
Backcheck does not control the messages, information or files delivered to
Bulletin Boards. It is a condition of the user's use of the Bulletin Boards
and this Web Site that the user does not:
(i) Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the
Bulletin Boards.
(ii) Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous,
defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent
information of any kind, including without limitation any
transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would
constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or

royalty free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted license to
use, copy, sub-license, adpat, transmit or publicly perform or
display any message.
LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If the user violates this agreement, then
the user agrees that Backcheck has the legal right:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any principles of
conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful,
void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed
severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and
enforceabilty of any remaining provisions.
